Biodiesel production plants
Our container systems for decentralised biodiesel production are available with production capacities of 1,000, 1,800 or 3,600 tons/year. The modular design enables high quality, cost-effective systems up to 40,000 t/a.
Continuous process control is ensured for visualisation and data recording. Thus, a reproducible manufacturing process is possible and the working and monitoring requirements are minimised, thus fully automatic machines work in 24-hour operations, largely without operators.
Our biodiesel systems are completely designed as per ATEX standards. The plant concept was tested by TÜV with regard to explosion protection and safety and was successfully tested at several locations according to the Federal Pollution norms.
